Digital Service Nature
Our plans are delivered as personalized digital documents and scheduling frameworks. Once your customized plan has been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.
Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a fourteen-day right to cancel your purchase from the date of order confirmation, provided the personalized plan has not yet been delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation within the cooling-off period before plan delivery
- Technical failure preventing delivery of your purchased plan
- Significant error in the delivered plan that we are unable to correct within a reasonable timeframe
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available when:
- The personalized plan has been delivered to your email address
- You have received and reviewed the plan document
- Dissatisfaction relates to personal scheduling preferences that can be addressed through included revision sessions
How to Request a Refund

Partial Refunds
For multi-session plans where only partial delivery has occurred, a proportional refund may be offered at our discretion.
Plan Revisions
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use any included revision sessions included in your plan. Many concerns can be addressed through adjustments to your weekly framework.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method used for purchase.
